Pratyush Shivam led the bench-testing and tuning of consensus engines for the German logistics grid. After thoroughly comparing Raft against Istanbul Byzantine Fault Tolerance (IBFT 2.0), IBFT 2.0 was selected for its resilient security posture against rogue validator configurations.

State Machine Replication

By utilizing a round-robin proposing scheme with cryptographic commitments, the validator nodes guarantee absolute finality. Once a block is proposed, validated, and signed by 2/3 + 1 of the nodes, it is appended to the ledger and cannot be re-organized, preventing double-factoring frauds.
